Bei dem von der FES Paris und Lasaire organisierten Seminar zum Thema „Digitaler Wandel“ diskutierten Wissenschaftler_innen und Gewerkschaftsvertreter_innen aus Frankreich und Deutschland über die Auswirkungen der Digitalwirtschaft (Robotisierung und Plattformwirtschaft) auf den sozialen Dialog. Wie gehen die Gewerkschaften mit diesem Phänomen um und welchen Einfluß wird es auf künftige Tarifverhandlungen haben? Welche neuen Formen der Mitbestimmung müssen geschaffen werden?
