In Zusammenarbeit mit der BPI und der Jean-Jaurès-Stiftung
Anlässlich des 57. Jahrestages des Elysée-Vertrages und des ersten Jahrestages des Aachener Vertrages luden die Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Paris, die Bpifrance und die Jean-Jaurès-Stfitung am 22. Januar zu einem Austausch über den Stand der deutsch-französischen Beziehungen ein.
Jérôme Fourquet, Direktor der Abteilung öffentliche Meinung und Unternehmensstrategie des Ifop präsentierte eine vom Ifop im Auftrag der beiden Stiftungen durchgeführte Umfrage zum Stand der Wahrnehmung der deutsch-französischen Beziehungen. Darüber hinaus wurde in einer weiteren Umfrage die Wahrnehmung französischer Geschäftsführer_innen mittelständischer Unternehmen vorgestellt.
Die Unternehmer_innen Elizabeth Ducottet, CEO der Thuasne-Gruppe, Boris Lombard, Vorsitzender von KSB SAS, und Henri Marchetta, Vorsitzender von Mecalac, diskutierten über das wirtschaftliche und menschliche Potenzial der deutsch-französischen Beziehungen sowie ihre unternehmerische Laufbahn und Führungserfahrung auf beiden Seiten des Rheins.
Nicolas Dufourcq, Geschäftsführer der Bpifrance, Gilles Finchelstein, Geschäftsführer der Jean-Jaurès-Stiftung und Thomas Manz, Leiter des Pariser Büros der Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, diskutierten anschließend über die Ergebnisse der Umfrage und die Herausforderungen der deutsch-französischen Beziehungen.
Der Abend wurde von Dorothée Kohler, Geschäftsführerin von C&C Kohler, Koautorin des Buches Der deutsche Mittelstand in Frankreich - Wenn Wirtschaft Politik macht (Springer Gabler, April 2019), moderiert.
