Quelles nouvelles organisations du travail pour les salariés ?
A l’occasion de la présentation de leur enquête européenne sur l’évolution des espaces du travail et du télétravail depuis la crise du coronavirus, le bureau parisien de la Fondation Friedrich-Ebert et la Fondation Jean-Jaurès ont organisé un échange avec des experts et des représentants syndicaux issus de France et d’Allemagne. Les participants ont débattu des résultats de l’enquête et de ce qu’ils disent des perspectives et des attentes des employés vis-à-vis de l’évolution du bureau et du télétravail dans leur entreprise en Europe: de quelle manière la réorganisation du travail et des espaces de travail a été décidée et appliquée, notamment entre partenaires sociaux ? Quel fut son impact sur la vie, la santé et le travail des salariés ? Comment ceux-ci ont-ils perçu ces changements et qu’attendent-ils du management et des syndicats à l’avenir ?
